I saw many friends of mine, who were attempting to juggle it all, struggle when it came to supporting their organization’s needs in a meaningful way. These were moms that were present at home, active in their children’s lives, and, in some cases, had full-time employment. Their dance cards were full. They didn’t have time or inclination to learn how to plan events for their favorite charity, and sometimes when they did, their efforts would be misguided and would not have the return that they expected.
