Podcasts are an accessible way to tune into something other than our own thoughts and learn, be entertained, and connect with the outside world. Listen while you drive, shop, walk, or do any solo activities. A great podcast to start with is “We Can Do Hard Things” by Glennon Doyle or “The Vixen Voice” by April Roberts.

4. Curate Your Social Media
